What are the delivery charges for orders from the Sock Life's Online Shop?
Currently we charge nothing for shipping! How? Because we ship straight from our manufacturer overseas (located in China). We cut out the middle-man so that you get free shipping and save on high worldwide shipping costs.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Sock Life's Online Shop?
Currently we only accept online payments through Paypal. It's safe and FREE for buyers. Soon we will be integrating other payment methods like Stripe and Bank transfer for your convenience.
How long will delivery take?
We ship directly from the manufacturer (located in China) using low-cost shipping methods. This means its FREE for you, but takes a little longer. It normally takes within 10 business days but can take up to 25 to some parts of the world. If you don't receive the item within 60 days, we will take further steps and ensure that you are satisfied.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
100% Safe. The only information we keep is your email and address details for shipping. Your payment details are handled via our payment gateway providers (Paypal for example) so we don't keep any records on our servers.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive an email confirming your order has been placed. Within 24-48 hours your order will be shipped and you will be notified again. Once it's shipped, hold tight for your package to arrive. You can always log into your account and check order details and/or contact us regarding any issues you may have.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive an invoice for your order automatically once your order has been placed and payment confirmed.
Where are you located? do you have a retail shop?
No, we operate in Melbourne but we choose to sell online only due to the low overheads. This allows us to pass our savings onto our customers.
